Job Information:
We are looking for an HR Training and Development Manager to manage and uplift the performance of our rapidly expanding team. The role will see you work closely with our General Manager and executive team to devise, plan, and execute development programs and training workshops for the team, as well as managing a range of HR functions such as: talent acquisition, employee management, and internal communication.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Organising, planning, and managing development workshops and programs to improve the performance and skills of the company.

Talent scouting and acquisition to support the growth of our rapidly expanding team and production needs.

Setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance to advise management on development and skill training opportunities for the team.

Onboarding new employees.

Facilitating the company’s values of integrity, passion, innovation, and co-operation through team events, policies, internal messaging, and workshops.

Coaching, advising and supporting leaders on a variety of people issues, in order to assist all levels to enhance their people leadership capability.

Support the health and wellbeing of staff through mediation and policy adherence.

QUALIFICATIONS
-
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

A minimum of 2 years experience in training and development management.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and experience with HRIS

Be extremely organised and have a strong work ethic

Strong analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Engaging personality and willingness to learn

Positive, go-getter attitude with a passion for making things.

Consistently strong problem-solving skills, as well as the capability to work in a disciplined manner and to make timely, well-thought-out decisions.
