Job Information:
Glitch Productions is looking for a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Video Editor to join our team. You will be responsible for editing and assembling video footage to create marketing content that aligns with our brand and audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to understand what is to be conveyed, and translate it into a visually appealing video. You will also occasionally need to create special graphics such as title cards or simple animations such as puppeteering PNGs.

Your duties will include:​

Editing and assembling raw video footage to create high-quality marketing videos that align with our brand.

Collaborating with the marketing team to understand the goal of each project.

Creating special simple graphics and animations with assets you will be provided with to enhance the look and feel of our marketing content.

Managing and organising video assets, including footage, graphics, audio, and any source files.

Implementing feedback from the marketing team and making necessary changes to videos to meet the needs of the project.

Ensuring all video content is polished before sending it in for final approval.

Assisting with basic color correction, audio adjustments, and other post-production tasks to ensure the final edit is ready for upload.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proficiency in video editing software, specifically Sony Vegas & Adobe Premiere.

Experience with Adobe After Effects.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with the marketing team.

A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

Engaging personality with a positive attitude to collaborate and communicate.

Ability to implement feedback constructively and make necessary adjustments to improve video quality.

Skills in basic audio and color correction, ensuring that all video elements are consistent and of a high quality.
