Job Information:
Glitch Productions is looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented, and organized Product Coordinator who has a passion to work alongside the Animation/Entertainment industry by ensuring the fulfillment of our high quality products. This role will be working closely with the merchandise and licensing team to manage day to day merchandising needs of our rapidly growing company.
As an entry level position this role will see you involved in the day to day of a high performing merchandise and licensing team as you ensure the cooperation of all stakeholders to deliver fantastic products to delight our fans and customers.

Your duties will include:​

Assisting the merchandise and licensing team in day to day administrative duties:
-
Scheduling, managing, and updating status of products.

Sending emails and keeping track of communications external and internal.

Record keeping.

Updating product details on Shopify.
-
Minor front-end website upkeep.

Basic data entry.
-
Compiling QA (Quality Assurance) notes into readable and actionable items.

The ideal candidate will have:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, logistics, marketing, or similar.

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.

Keen eye for aesthetic and detail.
-
Ability to drive and have a current driver’s license.
-
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Strong stakeholder management and time management skills.
-
An understanding or experience with the arts, animation, gaming, and/or ‘internet nerd’ culture.

Be extremely organized and have a strong work ethic.

Engaging personality and willingness to learn.

Positive, go-getter attitude with a passion for making things.
