Our studio is filled with incredibly talented and passionate artists that are determined to change the way animation is produced and treated in the industry. Our latest IP; Digital Circus, has amassed over 300 million views on the pilot alone and we have a lot more still to come.

Job Information:

Glitch Productions is looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented, and organized Merch Product Manager to oversee all our internal merchandise operations. You will be planning out and executing on the plans of the creative merch lead and brand managers, seeing through the development of merchandise from conceptualisation through to sampling. You will also be communicating and scheduling designers to create artworks for products and packaging and tracking their overall progress.

Your duties will include:​

  • Planning out and scheduling the development of merchandise and packaging based on the needs of the creative merch lead and brand managers

  • Managing and tracking the internal merchandise team’s day to day administrative duties

  • Managing and tracking the progress of the internal design team for both 2D and 3D products.

  • Maintaining the Shopify backend for our stores including product details and app integration.

  • Minor front-end website upkeep.

  • Basic data entry.

  • Compiling QA (Quality Assurance) notes into readable and actionable items.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, logistics, marketing, or similar.

  • Keen eye for aesthetic and detail.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and time management skills.

  • An understanding or experience with the arts, animation, gaming, and/or ‘internet nerd’ culture.

  • Experience with analytics and translating data into actionable items.

  • Strong organizational skills and work ethic

  • Engaging personality and willingness to learn.

  • Positive, go-getter attitude with a passion for making things.

Additional skills (optional):

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.

  • Artistic background 

  • Photography

  • Photoshop

  • Ability to drive and have a current driver’s license.

  • Familiarity with apparel, toys, and/or accessories and their production.
