Our channel has over 10 million subscribers, tens of millions of views per episode and is still growing strong. Job Information:
Glitch Productions is looking for an eager and highly adaptable Creative Events Lead to direct our events department. In this role, you will be leading the brand managers, marketing creatives, and senior designers to ideate, plan and execute physical event experiences such as convention booth designs and pop up booths. As our content spans a wide variety of genres and styles, you will need to adapt to different art styles for events as well as having a deep understanding of different demographic interests and cultures.

Your duties will include:​

Leading the visuals and graphic design behind all events.

Ideating and planning the creative experience and layout of convention booths.

Ideating and designing unique events such as a larger convention experience and other experimental ideas.

Assuring all events adhere to the brand image of Glitch’s multiple shows or Glitch itself.

Directing, supervising and quality assuring third party licensed events that Glitch productions greenlights.

Leading other event workers at physical events to ensure the experience is fully realized.

Leading any other event creatives on the team.

The ideal candidate will have:

Expert design and creative skills for physical events

Artistic direction that can adapt to any show or company’s brand.

Careful and accurate planning and layout skills using floorplans, diagrams or basic 3D greybox models.

Great communication and foresight into any potential issues with achieving event creative.

Creative ideation skills.

Passion to innovate and create unique experiences.

Additional skills (optional):

An ability to accurately model an event layout in a 3D space.

Experience with 3D software such as Unreal Engine.

Photoshop skills.

Video editing skills.
