Job Information:

Glitch Productions is looking for a highly capable and diligent admin assistant that has a strong interest to work in the Animation/Entertainment industry. The job will involve assisting the executive team in day to day operations such as: office management, scheduling, emails and record keeping, and assisting in production work. There may be work for you in other areas (such as art, animation, marketing, or editing) depending on your skill set.

As an entry level position, this is a great opportunity for an eager person at the start of their career to get hands-on experience and see every facet of how an animation studio functions.
 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting the management and executive team in day to day administrative duties including:

    • Keeping minutes during meetings.

    • Scheduling appointments.

    • Sending emails and keeping track of communication.

    • Light book-keeping.

    • Record keeping.

  • Office management and office all-rounder duties such as order equipment and staff amenities, organising work functions, and house-keeping.

  • Compiling research and outreach on the behalf of the management team.

  • Data entry.

  • Ad-hoc production work including:

    • Assisting with schedules.

    • Helping set up photoshoots and taking b-roll footage.

    • Simple editing work.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Excellent time management.

  • Organisation skills.

  • An ability to work well under direction and independently.

  • A diligent and go-getter attitude.

  • Experience with Google Suite and Adobe Suite.

  • Have a strong interest in working in the production/animation industry.

BONUS SKILLS

  • Graphic design.

  • Production/Directorial skills.

  • Experience on a production set or animation environment.

  • Accounting/Marketing.

  • Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese.
